People first.
Mountains always.

A small local brokerage with a simple belief: knowing the place matters. So does knowing the person.

OUR STORY

Rooted in the
place we call home.

Deer Creek Realty is based in Bailey, serving the Platte Canyon area and Colorado foothills. Our perspective is local: the community, the landscape and the practical details of mountain property.

We believe good service begins with listening. Whether you’re finding your first mountain home or planning your next move, start with a conversation about what matters to you.
