John Sanchez John Sanchez was born in Trinidad, Colorado. He moved to Denver in 1970 and worked in the landscape maintenance business for 29 years. He always enjoyed the mountains and moved to Pine Junction in May 1999. He loves mountain living and was determined to find a business close to home. He opened the “El Rio de Juan” Mexican restaurant in Bailey in March 2000 and turned around and sold it in 2001. Although he loved the restaurant business, he wanted to have a life and time to enjoy the mountain area he loves so much. John received his real estate broker associate’s license in 2002. After working for a larger real estate office in Conifer, John joined Deer Creek Realty in 2005. John loves the people in the mountains because they are down to earth, kind and pleasant to be around. John is married to Jenny, has three children and is the proud grandfather to eight sparkling grandchildren, two girls and six boys.
